Requirements:

• Practical experience in security and wildlife crime prevention.
• Familiarity with K9 handling (bonus).
• Experience in civil works, particularly road maintenance.
• Proven ability to manage teams.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, financial oversight, payroll, and basic accounting.
• Experience in HR management, compliance with health & safety, labour, and PSIRA regulations.
• Ability to supervise maintenance operations (gate and road inspections, contractor management, BOQs, and tenders).
• Knowledge of security systems, SOPs, and access control systems.
• Leadership in K9 Unit management and staff training.
• Effective communication with sponsors, landowners, reserves, and staff.
• Strong enforcement of rules and regulations, including speed trapping and project management.
• Participation in board and staff meetings.
