Hospitality and Outdoor- New Vacancy- Duty Manager 5* Safari Lodge- Greater Kruger (Hoedspruit), Limpopo Requirements · Tertiary Qualification in Hospitality preferred · 3- 4 years of excellent hospitality management experience in a 5* environment · Excellent and current Food & Beverage knowledge · An analytical approach with an eye for detail · Strong administrative skills in both Front Office and BOH – PAN knowledge very beneficial · Excellent Guest relations skills · Hands on, Pro-active team player with a positive and motivated attitude · Excellent communication skills in English- Written and Verbal · Fully computer Literate- email, Internet, Microsoft office suite, Property Management Systems and POS systems. · Good Financial acumen in terms of basic accounting · Understands deadlines and can independently manage their time to fulfil their duties · Experience in F&B Purchasing, Stock Control Systems and Stocktakes · Code 8 driver’s licence Duties required · To ensure that all guests have a tailor-made guest experience that is a World Class by understanding their personal needs through interaction. · Building relationships with new and repeat guests; · Promote and instil an ethic of Guests Care and Guests Interaction with in the Guest Delight Service Team- host where required · Build upon the existing guests experience to create new ideas and to ensure the product remains fresh and modern where our Guests feel special, spoilt and pampered. · Full responsibility for the running of the Beverage Stock Control Division in the Guest Delight Service Department by assisting the Food & Beverage Manager with daily administrative tasks · Inspire, stimulate and lead the team- Develop your teams and individuals; · Recognise great guest feedback and deal with negative guest feedback constructively; · Manage the team’s leave cycle and annual leave; · Assisting at Front of House as needed · Strong leadership & mentoring skills – Listen, Inspire and Empower the team to perform their duties to the best of their ability · Positive attitude, Self-motivated, Confident; Package: · Salary: Neg D.O.E · Live-in position with meals on duty (No pets/ dependants) · Work cycle- 3weeks on, 1 week off Start Date: ASAP
