Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking an experienced Front of House Manager for a luxury safari lodge located in the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve. The ideal candidate will be warm, professional, and passionate about delivering a seamless guest experience while confidently managing the front-of-house team and related operations.

Key

• Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating and responding to guest needs with a warm and accommodating attitude

• Oversee and coordinate daily front-of-house operations including hosting meals, check-ins, meet and greets, and guest administrative functions

• Manage housekeeping and butler teams, including rosters, leave planning, training, and performance management

• Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth lodge operations

• Handle guest billing, reservations, special requests, indemnities, and administrative processes

• Maintain and manage beverage and housekeeping storerooms, including ordering, stock takes, invoicing, and stock control

• Take ownership of front-of-house processes and ensure high standards are maintained at all times

• Minimum 35 years of relevant experience in guest services within a lodge or similar hospitality environment

• Strong team leadership and communication skills

• Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized

• Proactive, hands-on, and capable of working independently

• Well-presented, well-spoken in English

• Preferably female, aged 3040

• Valid drivers license and own vehicle

Package Includes:

• Basic

  Salary:

  R16,000 per month

• Meal Allowance: R3,200 per month (in addition to salary)

• 50% Medical Aid Contribution (after 3-month probation)

• Live-in accommodation: Private home with en-suite bathroom, kitchen, lounge, basic furnishings

• Bed-night Benefit (after 3-month probation)
