Kendrick Recruitment is on the lookout for a top-tier Head Instructor to join one of South Africas most reputable field guide training facilities based in beautiful Hoedspruit! This is your chance to trade the ordinary for the extraordinaryleading the next generation of field guides in an immersive, conservation-first environment. With sites in Karongwe, Timbavati, Pridelands, Makuleke and more, no two days are ever the same.

? What you’ll bring to the bush:

* FGASA NQF 4, Professional Field Guide + Professional Trails Guide

* Advanced Rifle Handling (or nearly there)

* 510 years solid field experience

* VPDA, PDP, NDT Registration, current FGASA Membership

* Leadership chops & a real passion for teaching in the wild

? What you’ll be doing:

* Lead daily operations of remote training camps

* Mentor camp teams, students & volunteers

* Plan and run epic bush walks, lectures & assessments

* Manage equipment, firearms, vehicles & compliance

* Liaise with reserve managers & keep it all running smoothly

* Create unforgettable learning experiences for future guides!
