What you’ll bring to the table: Hospitality / Lodge Management Diploma 3–5 years’ experience in a 5★ lodge or boutique property (Big 5 reserve experience = gold stars ✨) Solid beverage knowledge (cocktail skills = bonus bragging rights!) Stock control, purchasing & admin wizardry Proven track record with stocktake systems Experience in hospitality/service training Code 8 driver’s licence your own transport ‍♀ Must be 23 (sorry, no fresh grads for this one) No kids / pets (this role comes with serious focus time) The Offer: Salary: R14,000 – R16,000 per month (negotiable, DOE) Work in a stunning Big 5 reserve environment Be part of an elite hospitality team reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager If you’re ready to balance fine dining finesse with stockroom smarts, let’s pour the next chapter of your career!
