Your day-to-day: * Support the planning and execution of exciting construction and maintenance projects. * Keep timelines, budgets, and resources on track with sharp organisational skills. * Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. * Uphold safety, quality, and environmental standards across the reserve. * Conduct site inspections, keep accurate records, and report progress to senior management. * Provide hands-on support to the lodge team in achieving operational goals. ?
