Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a motivated and organised Junior Project Site Manager to join a luxury private game reserve in Hoedspruit. This role requires a hands-on individual to support project planning, execution, and site management within a high-end hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and maintenance projects across the reserve.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency.

• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards on-site.

• Maintain accurate records and reports related to project progress and expenditures.

• Support the lodge management team in achieving operational and strategic objectives.

• Conduct regular site inspections and provide updates to senior management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in project management or site supervision, preferably in hospitality, construction, or game reserve environments.

• Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
