Hospitality and Outdoor New Vacancy Lodge Anchor Luxury Lodge Limpopo Requirements Grade 12 Valid drivers License Computer literate Knowledge and experience in overall lodge operations including housekeeping and Food and Beverage Guest centric and an eye for detail Responsibilities Administration duties Help manage day-to-day operations to ensure the lodge runs smoothly Maintain a high standard in guest satisfaction and service Responsible for following standard SOPs Ensure all incoming guest requirements, rooms and particulars are in place Check ins and check outs When a duty manager host breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner (prep and host) Coordination of service Manage stock, breakages and stock taking Manage staff in terms of food service Guide and mentor staff practicing fair treatment Room checks Assist in curio shop as required including supervising and stocktaking Process bar sales, stock control and ordering Relieve assistant Lodge Manager when necessary, performing relevant duties Assistant with special guest delights sundowners, pancake and ice cream stops Perform any other duties as required by the employer Package on offer Salary R 10 000 R 11 000 pm DOE Live in Provident fund contribution after 3 months Emergency medical assistance in an emergency 6 weeks on/2 weeks off cycle Start date: ASAP
