About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team in Hoedspruit. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities, managing budgets, and ensuring that our packhouse operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance projects and ensure timely completion
• Plan and execute maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
• Lead a team of maintenance staff and provide guidance and support as needed
• Conduct site inspections to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency

Requirements

• Grade 12 Trade Test or relevant qualification
• 2 years’ proven experience in maintenance management and planning
• 2 years’ hands-on experience in maintenance or a related trade
• Packhouse experience would be an advantage

Qualifications

• Completed grade 12 with Trade Test or relevant qualification
• Relevant work experience in maintenance management and planning
