? ?? ??????????? ??????????? is assisting an Exclusive Private Game Reserve near Hoedspruit to recruit an experienced ?????????? ?????? to join their team This is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting new lodge opening and to shape the guest experience from the ground up. The ideal couple will bring strong leadership, operational expertise, and a genuine passion for hospitality. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the lodge, ensuring seamless service delivery across all departments including reservations, reception, housekeeping, grounds, administration, cost control, and overall guest operations. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent organisational skills, and a warm, welcoming presence with both guests and staff. Key Requirements A warm and engaging personality, especially in guest-facing roles A passion for hosting, organising, and delivering exceptional guest experiences Strong leadership abilities and the capability to motivate and manage a diverse team Previous experience in high-end hospitality management, ideally at 5-star level Comfortable working independently in a hands-on capacity Flexible, adaptable, and open to change and new ideas Excellent organisational and resource management skills, with the ability to implement systems and ensure smooth daily operations Willingness to live on-site and embrace a lodge lifestyle Minimum Experience At least 8 years relevant experience in the hospitality industry or a diploma from a recognised hotel school Solid Food & Beverage experience, including menu planning, costing, presentation, and wine knowledge Experience overseeing property maintenance and upkeep Required experience and skills can be shared between the couple Basic knowledge of local fauna and flora will be an advantage Package On application Benefits 2 bedroom family friendly unit (regrettably no pets), all meals, pension fund, medical aid contributions & bed nights Start ASAP Please note Although we appreciated all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
