Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dynamic Management Couple to join a prestigious private game reserve in Hoedspruit. This exciting opportunity calls for two highly motivated individuals with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering world-class hospitality experiences.

Key Requirements:

• Warm and engaging personalities, particularly in guest-facing roles

• A genuine passion for hosting, organising, and delivering exceptional service

• Proven team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively

• Previous experience in high-end hospitality management, preferably at 5-star level

• Ability to work independently and thrive in hands-on operational roles

• Flexible, adaptable, and open to new ideas and differing viewpoints

• Strong organisational skills, including resource allocation, implementation of control systems, and effective delegation

• Solid understanding of Food and Beverage operations, including menu planning, costing, presentation, and wine knowledge

• Experience overseeing maintenance operations

• Live-in availability, with willingness to commit to life on a game reserve

• Basic knowledge of local fauna and flora (advantageous)

Minimum Experience:

• At least eight years relevant experience in the hospitality industry, or a diploma from a recognised hotel school

• Extensive Food and Beverage experience as outlined above

• Required experience and skills may be distributed between the couple
