MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture or related field (advantageous) At least10 years packhouse management experience (preferably in citrus) Proven track record in packhouse establishment, operations, labour management, procurement & logistics Strong technical and mechanical aptitude; knowledge of citrus processing & packaging essential Good financial acumen (budgets, cost management, reporting) Ability to manage and motivate a large workforce Understanding and experience in GlobalGAP-compliant packhouses Sound knowledge of export logistics ONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted
