About the Role

Our client offers a variety of memorable experiences in the Greater Kruger Area, including tented accommodation, villas, and exclusive safari excursions and activities. Our unique destinations are designed to provide guests with unforgettable experiences in the heart of South Africa’s wildlife. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Reservationist to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hoedspruit, with the possibility of a remote arrangement for suitably qualified candidates based in Cape Town or Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

Responding to guest inquiries
Handling bookings efficiently
Ensuring a high standard of customer service
General receptionist duties

Requirements

Phone Etiquette and Communication Skills
Experience in Reservations and Customer Service
Proficiency in managing Receptionist Duties
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The capability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
Previous experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus

Qualifications

3 years of experience in tourism reservations/similar role
Proficient in reservations systems and related software & OTA’s specifically Res Request
Experience with Excel and strong computer literacy
Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of Greater Kruger & surrounds
