What Youll Actually Be Doing Seeing the bigger picture Youll keep an eye on whats happening in the healthcare space trends, legislation, industry shifts and help the region stay ahead of it all. Owning the regional financial engine Budgets, forecasts, controls, reporting, VAT, reconciliations the whole ecosystem. Youll make sure everything is tight, accurate, and supports better decision-making. Turning data into direction Youll unpack profitability, ROI, revenue and cost drivers and show leaders where they can win, improve, or save. Driving financial governance Audits, internal controls, compliance, risk youll be the guardian of good practice and strong discipline. Making deals make sense Youll review and influence agreements, joint ventures, new business opportunities, feasibility work, modelling, and anything that needs commercial thinking. Leading people Youll guide and uplift finance leaders across the region building capabilities, strengthening culture, and supporting transformation. Championing improvement From digital tools to smarter processes to operational efficiencies (including shared services like regional laundry), youll help the region work better and more seamlessly.
