Job Title: Junior Admin Consultant (with Paralegal Qualification) Location: Howick Position Type: Full-time We are seeking a Junior Admin Consultant with a Paralegal qualification to provide administrative, paralegal and translation support across our operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who is eager to develop their career in a structured, professional environment, while applying both administrative and legal knowledge. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support, including document management, filing, and correspondence. Draft, review, and process basic legal and business documents under supervision. Assist with the preparation, collation, and management of contracts, agreements, and compliance documentation. Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality at all times. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and service providers in a professional and efficient manner. Support consultants and management with research, reporting, and project coordination. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant legal/regulatory requirements. Assist with diary management, scheduling, and meeting preparation. Translation Support (isiZulu/English) Requirements Paralegal qualification (certificate, diploma, or degree). Prior administrative or office support experience (1–2 years preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Attention to detail and accuracy in all work. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. A proactive, professional, and client-focused attitude.
