Location: Limpopo, South Africa

The HRD Leader will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources Development function within a mining operation in Limpopo. This includes employee training and development, talent management, succession planning, performance management, and overall HR strategy implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with regard HRD processes
• Ensure development, drive and implementation of relevant and appropriate HRD systems and procedure
• Ensure SHE compliance
• Ensure compliance with the NQF standards
• Ensure appropriate project management processes are adhered to

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Relevant HR / HRD or NQF 6 EDTP Qualification
• Registered Assessor and Moderator with the relevant SETA
• 7 years post qualification experience
• Two years of management experience / HRD Coordinator
