Humansdorp: Accountig Clerk/Finance Assistant posted by West Coast Personnel

• Process daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments and receipts
• Assist with month-end journals, payroll-related entries, accruals and provisions
• Reconcile bank accounts, petty cash and balance sheet accounts
• Support VAT, EMP201 and other statutory submissions
• Maintain accurate records of assets, inventory and supplier/customer accounts
• Assist in debtors and creditors administration, including sending invoices, following up on payments and processing purchase orders
• Prepare financial reports and assist management with monthly review meetings
• Provide general finance support to ensure compliance and accuracy in all transactions

 
What We’re Looking For:

• Grade 12 / Matric (Bookkeeping/Accounting diploma advantageous)
• At least 2 years experience in a finance or accounting role
• Hands-on experience with accounting systems/packages
• Strong attention to detail and reliable work ethic
• Eager to contribute and learn within a finance team
