About the Role
Our client is seeking a Contracts Coordinator based in Rivonia, who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of contracts deliverables, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively monitor, observe, and track key contracts deliverables.
- Ensure the monthly submission of reports.
- Generate formal and ad hoc reports by completing report templates and responding to specific requests.
- Respond to client queries in a timely manner.
- Provide regular updates to the client on corrective actions where applicable.
- Give feedback on performance to team members.
- Manage conflict between team members.
- Attend meetings as required.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in the role to be able to manage the impact of those changes.
- Flag and debate issues constructively.
Requirements
- Matric
- Relevant diploma or degree in Operations Management or equivalent.
- Paralegal certificate would be advantageous.
- 2+ years supervisory level experience.
