Seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Support Administrator to provide advanced technical support, maintaining, and optimizing complex IT infrastructure systems. The successful candidate will manage high-level escalations, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions for network, server, and storage issues. You will also support infrastructure solutions, ensuring system availability, security, and performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement upgrades, support cloud and on-premise systems, and contribute to infrastructure projects will be a key part of this role.
Requirements:

• Completed Qualification in an IT related field
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft MCSE, Cisco CCNA, VMware, Linux, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, EC Council CEH, Security+, CISSP, Fortinet FCP, or FCSS.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in:
  • Network administration and support for firewalls, switches, Wireless (Fortigate & Cisco), and VPN client connections.
  • Windows 2012 and newer Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP administration.
  • Linux administration.
  • Backup and recovery.
  • Virtual environment administration and configuration.
• Strong DB administration knowledge for MySQL
