About the Role
Dealership in Ballito is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of service operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage projects and teams to achieve exceptional service quality
• Lead meetings with dealerships, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Coordinate the scheduling of service appointments and manage waitlists
Requirements
• Previous or current Service Manager experience at an Automotive dealership
• Valid driver’s license
Salary & Benefits
R25 000 – R45 000 per annum, plus incentives, medical aid, and a company car with fuel allowance.
