Job Summary
Job Purpose:
To ensure that an organization operates efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of quality.
The job objectives are as follows:
Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Ensure high standards of quality are maintained in all processes and outputs.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Achieve cost savings and resource optimization through effective management and process improvements.
This role is critical for enhancing organizational performance and ensuring that products and services meet the highest quality standards, thereby contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements
Required Minimum Education/training
A bachelors degree in engineering or other relevant bachelors degree
Minimum work experience required:
1-3 years experience in operational excellence and quality management or in a related field, in the private or public sector.
Key performance areas:
To establish the Operational Excellence and Quality Management Business Unit as a pro-active, value-adding source of expertise, assistance and consulting advice.
To continuously assess CIPCs operational performance, to recommend measures to achieve and maintain operational excellence.
To support and monitor the development, implementation and improvement of service delivery standards and other continuous improvement strategies.
To provide advice and guidance on operational excellence, quality management and related matters.
To review the effectiveness of the service delivery standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
To develop operational plans and operating policies procedures for the Business Unit.
To perform all management and reporting requirements, identify and escalate performance constraints and any risks
