Job Summary

Are you passionate about IT, Cloud Computing, and empowering the next generation of tech talent? We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Support Facilitator to join our dynamic team. If youre a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in IT Support with expertise in Cloud Computing, Google Workspace, and Moodle, and possess knowledge of QCTO standards, assessment, and moderation, we want to hear from you!What Were Looking ForQualifications: Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications in Cloud Computing (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), GoogleWorkspace, or Moodle (preferred). Certified Assessor and Moderator (MICT SETA or equivalent).Experience: 23 years of IT Technical Support experience. Proven expertise in Google Workspace (Admin Console, Drive, etc.) and Moodle LMS. Strong understanding of QCTO qualifications and compliance standards. Experience facilitating training in both classroom and online environments.please submit your CV to
