Dealership – New Commercial Sales Manager
📍Location
JHB
🕒 Permanent
💰Salary
R30 000 to R35 000 negotiable on experience and company benefits.
🔹Key Responsibilities
* Analysis the Truck market and identify opportunities and build the market within your own area of responsibility.
* Have an understanding of the financial markets and build around that to be successful in the New Truck sales division.
* Manage stock and inventory to limit financial impact on the New Truck Sales Department.
* Manage customers needs to maximize CSI and to meet the CSI targets.
* Train, recruit and develop staff, and address areas that need assistance etc and monitor performance.
* Lead the team to be positive and reach goals set out by Dealership.
🔹Requirements
* Must be target driven.
* a Leader to their team and excel in building trusting relationships with employees and clients.
* Marketing/Financial diploma or degree will be added benefit.
* Valid code 14 drivers with no endorsements.
* Matric Certificate.
* No Criminal records.
* No ITC or been fired or dismissed.
🔹Experience
* Must be currently working for a Commercial Truck Dealership as an New Commercial Truck manager.
* 3-5 years New Commercial Truck Sales experience
* To sell the max number of trucks at optimum profit.
* The sole role will be manage a sales team.
* Keeping the customer satisfaction and growing market share.
