Key Responsibilities Management Partner 1 (Operations / Maintenance / Grounds): Oversee daily operations and staff supervision Manage maintenance of buildings, vehicles, and equipment Grounds; infrastructure, and general property management Health & safety compliance Stock control and supplier liaison Management Partner 2 (Administration / Hospitality / Finance): Handle administrative duties and record-keeping Manage bookings, guest relations, and hospitality services (if applicable) Staff scheduling and payroll assistance Basic financial management and reporting Purchasing and inventory control Minimum Requirements Proven experience as a management couple or in similar roles Strong leadership and staff management skills Good organisational and problem-solving abilities Computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, basic accounting) Ability to work independently and as a team Sober habits and excellent references
