Manage and mentor a team of Junior Actuarial Analysts. Provide strategic insights to clients through advanced data analysis and modelling. Collaborate with audit, risk, and advisory teams on cross-functional projects. Support business development and contribute to thought leadership in the actuarial field. What Were Looking For: Nearly or newly qualified Actuary (FASSA or equivalent). 46 years experience in non-life/general insurance. Strong technical background in actuarial modelling, data analytics, and reserving. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Consulting experience would be advantageous.
