Job Summary
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent in Afrikaans and English, both written and spoken).
- Own transport
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with Pastel accounting software.
- Sales experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Willingness to work Saturdays when required.
- Demonstrated good track record in previous roles.
DUTIES
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, professional demeanour.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized reception area.
- Promote the Company product line to incoming clients which can be converted into sales.
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and purchases, including support for the online shop.
- Track inventory and maintain accurate sales records.
- Handle invoicing for restaurants and shops that stock Company products.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, booking parcels with courier companies, and ordering stationery.
- Provide support to various departments as needed.
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
