We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to manage, grow, and optimise our global affiliate network. You will be responsible for driving high-quality leads and First-Time Depositors (FTDs) to CMTrading and its group of brands, working closely with the acquisition, CRM, and creative teams to maximise performance and maintain ROI-positive partnerships.

Requirements

• Source, onboard, and manage affiliates across Africa, LATAM, and Asia

• Negotiate competitive CPA, CPL, and Revenue Share deals

• Monitor traffic quality, optimise performance, and identify/prevent fraudulent activity

• Collaborate closely with the design and creative teams to coordinate banners, landing pages, and promotional materials

• Analyse and report on key acquisition KPIs including FTDs, deposit volumes, conversion rates, and ROI

• Build strong, long-term relationships with partners to encourage continuous growth

• Identify new markets, opportunities, and traffic sources to scale affiliate performance
