About the Role

A reputable law firm in Linden is seeking an experienced Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in General Litigation and Family Law, with the ability to handle complex cases independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and consultations
  • Court appearances
  • Managing case files from start to finish

Requirements

  • LLB degree Admission as an Attorney of the High Court
  • Minimum 3 years’ post-admission experience
  • Experience in both General Litigation, Civil Law, and Family Law matters
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills

Qualifications

  • Completed LLB Degree
