About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Brand Engagement Coordinator to join our team in Johannesburg, responsible for supporting the development of quarterly and annual brand plans, as well as coordinating the rollout of digital, ATL, and BTL campaigns across multiple touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of quarterly and annual brand plans
- Gather market insights, analyse consumer trends, and track competitor behaviour to guide marketing decisions
- Turn strategic concepts into structured plans, reports, and presentation material for leadership
- Assist with the rollout of digital, ATL, and BTL campaigns across multiple touchpoints
- Manage timelines, creative workflows, and internal approvals
- Monitor active campaigns and prepare performance summaries with optimisation suggestions
- Partner & Agency Collaboration Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners such as media, creative, and production agencies
- Budget & Administrative Support Help track monthly expenses and reconcile marketing spend
- Maintain campaign trackers, calendars, and brand asset libraries
Requirements
- 35 years experience in marketing, branding, or campaign/project coordination
- Solid exposure to integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
- Understanding of digital platforms (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, programmatic buying)
- Working knowledge of CRM, automation, SEO principles, and social media analytics
- Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, detail-focused mindset
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field (or relevant work experience)
