Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and delivery-focused Business Analyst with strong functional analysis capability, hands-on Figma design experience, and practical AI tool proficiency. The successful candidate will bridge business, operations, and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, visually prototyped, commercially controlled, and efficiently delivered within a structured scope governance framework. This role is critical in reducing scope ambiguity, improving documentation quality, and enhancing delivery predictability across enterprise WMS implementations. SCOPE OF WORK: Business Analysis & Requirements Management Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews Translate operational processes into structured functional specifications Produce: Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) Functional Specifications Process flows User stories with acceptance criteria Maintain traceability between signed scope and delivered features Identify scope deviations early and escalate appropriately Figma-Based Solution Prototyping Develop wireframes and high-fidelity mock-ups in Figma Prototype workflows for: Warehouse operations User interfaces Reporting dashboards Integration touchpoints Validate requirements visually before development begins Facilitate design walkthrough sessions with stakeholders Maintain version control and design history AI-Enabled Documentation & Analysis Use AI tools to: Summarise workshop outputs Generate structured requirement drafts Identify requirement inconsistencies Analyse change impacts Improve documentation speed without compromising accuracy Support estimation through AI-assisted effort breakdowns Maintain AI governance standards (data privacy and quality control) Scope & Change Control Support Classify changes (Defect / Clarification / New Requirement / Regulatory) Conduct internal impact assessments (Dev, QA, PM effort) Support preparation of Change Requests (CRs) Ensure alignment between signed blueprint and delivered solution Stakeholder Management Act as liaison between: Client operations teams Project managers Developers Commercial leads Facilitate requirement workshops and solution validation sessions Ensure written confirmation after key discussions Escalate ambiguity before development begins Process Improvement Analyse warehouse workflows and recommend optimisation opportunities Identify automation and AI-driven efficiency enhancements Improve documentation discipline across projects REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Core Business Analysis 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise systems Strong documentation and structured thinking capability Experience in Agile and/or structured project environments Familiarity with WMS, ERP, or supply chain systems (preferred) Figma & UX Strong hands-on Figma experience Ability to create: Wireframes Clickable prototypes User journey maps Understanding of UX best practices AI & Digital Fluency Experience using AI tools for: Requirements summarisation Documentation drafting Process optimisation Strong critical thinking — able to validate AI outputs Comfortable working in digital collaboration environments SOFT SKILLS: Structured and disciplined Commercially aware High attention to detail Assertive yet professional Comfortable challenging ambiguity Strong written communication skills Process-driven mindset
