About the Role
Youll develop and drive business development strategies to secure corporate partnerships that advance learnerships, apprenticeships, and training solutions. Youll leverage your networks and B-BBEE knowledge to design impactful solutions that meet client needs while contributing to social impact.
What Youll Do

Develop and execute strategies to secure new partnerships and drive growth

Engage and build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
-
Promote learnerships, apprenticeships, and skills development programmes

Represent the organisation at industry events and networking opportunities

Leverage B-BBEE Codes expertise to identify opportunities and craft solutions

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery
-
Supervise and mentor junior business development staff as needed

Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, opportunities, and progress
What You Bring
-
57 years experience in corporate sales, stakeholder relations, or business development, ideally in the training or B-BBEE space
-
Proven understanding and practical application of B-BBEE Codes for skills development
-
Strong professional network and credibility with senior stakeholders
-
Proven track record of achieving sales and business development targets
-
Supervisory experience an advantage

Mature, professional, and confident communicator
-
Strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
