Job Summary

Qualifications Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree in a relevant field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data analysis Proven track record of dashboard creation and data management Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and related analytical tools Duties You will develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards while supporting critical data management and analytical initiatives across the organization. Create and design comprehensive Power BI dashboards Manage project planning and dashboard creation processes Translate business requirements into actionable analytical solutions Perform data cleaning and preparation for dashboard development Maintain and continuously optimize existing dashboards Leverage AI technologies to automate and enhance analytical processes Work independently to meet project deadlines and objectives Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: Complex formula development VBA programming Advanced data manipulation techniques Pivot tables and advanced data analysis functions Advanced Power BI proficiency: Complex DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) calculations Advanced Power Query data transformation Dashboard and report design Data modeling and relationship management Performance optimization of BI reports Integration with multiple data sources Custom visualizations and interactive dashboard creation Programming and Technical Capabilities: Python programming proficiency Strong programming logic and algorithmic thinking Data cleaning and preprocessing techniques Basic understanding of machine learning concepts AI tool utilization for analytical automation Python programming Programming logic and problem-solving AI tool utilization and understanding Analytical Capabilities: Quantitative and Mathematical Expertise: Advanced statistical analysis techniques Proficiency in mathematical modeling Ability to apply complex quantitative methods to business problems Strong numerical reasoning and data-driven decision-making Business Intelligence and Acumen: Ability to translate complex data insights into business strategies Deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) Strategic thinking and commercial awareness Skill in identifying business opportunities through data analysis Data Interpretation and Visualization: Expert-level data storytelling Ability to create compelling narrative from complex datasets Advanced skills in communicating technical findings to non-technical stakeholders Proven ability to derive meaningful insights from large, complex datasets Analytical Problem-Solving: Advanced critical thinking and logical reasoning Innovative approach to solving complex business challenges Ability to develop creative analytical solutions Systematic and structured problem-solving methodology Personal Attributes: Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision Adaptable and eager to learn Strong commitment to technological advancement Ability to work effectively independently
