High ethical standards and professional integrity DUTIES Develop and execute the financial strategy in alignment with the firms business goals, risk appetite, and regulatory environment Partner with the Director steering day to day functions and growth initiatives Manage the strategic financial leadership of the business Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, profitability analysis across the business Develop scenario analyses and stress testing models to assess the impact of market volatility or credit risks Manage KPI reporting to drive business performance and cost efficiency Manage direct and indirect tax compliance specific to financial products and services. Ensure efficient transfer pricing and cross-border taxation structures for international operations. Engage in tax planning to optimize effective tax rates within the bounds of regulatory compliance Oversee credit risk, market risk, and operational risk monitoring Oversee statutory and regulatory reporting ensuring compliance with IFRS Optimize cost of funds and oversee credit lines Conduct profitability and cost/income analyses Identify opportunities to improve margins, control costs, and enhance operational efficiency Support business units for better decision-making.
