Johannesburg: COE Specialist

We are seeking a Centre of Excellence (COE) Specialist.  The ideal candidate will develop and maintain a comprehensive collection of company and industry best practices, ensuring alignment with gold-standard frameworks. This role involves conducting market research, benchmarking, and feasibility studies to enhance business analysis and process engineering capabilities. What you’ll do: Responsible to collaboratively define, review, maintain and improve business analysis/process engineering standards, practices, methods and techniques. Create and maintain and continuously improve a collection of company and industry-best practices for business analysis/process engineering and the creation of business analysis /process engineering artefacts, aligned to the gold standards. Conduct market research, benchmark and feasibility studies to continuously improve, and business analysis/process engineering skill sets. Your Expertise: Data Engineering or Data Science experience is advantageous  System integration using different technologies Data analytics and insights Extensive reporting Process engineering/analysis SharePoint development Business analysis experience Banking experience is an added advantage.
