Johannesburg: Compliance Monitoring Manager

They are currently seeking a Compliance Monitoring Manager to take ownership of compliance oversight across the insurers Short-Term and Long-Term Insurance licenses. This includes monitoring internal practices as well as contracted Intermediaries and Binder Holders. The role focuses on ensuring the business operates within South African regulatory requirements and that all processes reflect fair customer outcomes. You will play a key part in developing and delivering the annual compliance monitoring plan, using industry-standard compliance tools, and providing clear reporting directly to Chief Legal and Compliance Office.
