Our client, a non-profit, medical scheme based in Pretoria is seeking a Corporate Relations Reporting Specialist to join the team.

Duties include but not limited to:

• The incumbent is responsible to ensure departmental reporting is done timely and accurately, trends are analysed and communicated to the team leaders and management.
• Careful monitoring and reporting of retention statistics and areas of development.
• Quality Assurance of departmental service reports and managing departmental surveys.

Minimum

• Grade 12 with Mathematics or Maths Literacy (Mathematics on a symbol E or higher, Maths Literacy on a symbol C or higher).
• Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business.
• A minimum of 5 years in Sales, Marketing Business Development and/or Relationship Management.
• A minimum of 2-3 years in analysing data and preparing reports.
• Excellent numerical skills.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Systematic and organised.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.

Salary is commensurate with experience level.
