Employer Description An established, full turn-key design and construction company Job Description Reporting to the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for the following key duties: Assist with Tenders Procurement, Manage tender processes, evaluate bids, and negotiate with contractors and suppliers Drawing up BOQs and payment certificates, monitor expenses, manage variations, and ensure projects stay within budget throughout construction Prepare detailed cost plans, estimates, and feasibility studies for construction projects Dealing with number of projects at a time Draft, review, and oversee contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and project requirements Monitor expenses, manage variations, and ensure projects stay within budget throughout construction Prepare progress reports, conduct valuations, and settle final project accounts Qualifications 2 3 years exp in a QS role Any QS qualification or Construction Management Skills MS Office / CCS knowledge will be beneficial as it is similar to their own system, training will be provided
