Johannesburg: Credit Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Supervise a team of Debtors Clerks/Credit Controllers, ensuring performance and daily workflow management. Oversee and manage a large debtors book, ensuring credit policies are effectively applied. Approve credit applications, review credit limits, and assess customer creditworthiness. Drive collections, reduce overdue accounts, and resolve escalated customer queries. Prepare weekly and monthly credit reports for management review. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Completed Finance-related diploma / post Matric qualification is advantageous. Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Credit Control, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Systems: Strong working experience on AccPac (non-negotiable). Experience managing a large book (R50m). Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables). Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
