Employer Description This is a company that specialize in industrial mechatronics Job Description Your job responsibilities will be the following: Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of sales representatives, key account managers, internal sales coordinators, and technical sales engineers. Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skills development plans. Create a positive, accountable, high-performance sales culture. Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial clients, OEMs, contractors, consulting engineers, distributors, and EPC companies. Drive customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up, technical support, and value-added service. Understand engineering drawings, production processes, and manufactured components (mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical). Work collaboratively with engineering, production, and quality departments to ensure accurate costing, feasibility, and delivery timelines. Identify and develop new business opportunities in target industries (manufacturing, mining, energy, automotive, food & beverage, utilities, OEMs, engineering firms). Grow the companys footprint within existing accounts through cross-selling and solution-based selling. Oversee sales budgets, pricing strategies, discount structures, and profitability. Qualifications National Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related). Business Management / Sales Management qualification advantageous. Skills Minimum 510 years sales experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or technical environment. At least 35 years in a supervisory or management role. Proven success in managing medium-to-long sales cycles involving engineered or customized products.
