About the Role
The Customer Experience Advisor plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and revenue growth. By leveraging our website and other tools, they will provide multi-channel products and support to customers across various channels, including call centres and online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create an effortless customer experience through multi-channel products and customer support
- Provide quote and order processing on SAP
- Handle customer queries and complaints, identifying leads and resolving issues promptly
- Assist customers with online search and browse for product selection and online transacting
- Back up other functions within the Customer Experience Department and respective territories
Requirements
- Matric 3 years experience in providing multi-channel Customer Service/e-Commerce or Online support and Product Support
- Essential SAP skills
- Experience dealing with different types of customers and enquiries
- Ability to interpret technical information/specifications correctly
- Digitally capable
- Experience or knowledge of the product commodities we distribute (i.e. Process Control and Automation, Electrical and Test and Measurement, Electronics, Tools and Consumables)
