Hire Resolve is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Deal Implementation Specialist to join our clients dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Execute trades across various asset classes in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor and manage the settlement process to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Liaise with brokers, custodians, and other stakeholders to resolve trade discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of compliance frameworks.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required.
• Support the design and rollout of new operational and investment systems.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting for implemented systems.
• Train team members on new systems and processes.
• Oversee the daily operational activities associated with trade processing.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including custodians and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in trade execution and settlements (strongly preferred).
• Previous exposure to compliance and operational roles within financial services is advantageous.
• Familiarity with system implementation and management is a plus.
• A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, JSE Registered Persons Exams) are a bonus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of South African financial regulations and market practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote working environment.
