As Design Office Manager, you will develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient design and production of high-quality designs, fabrication drawings, and specifications for wastewater treatment equipment. You will lead the Design Office team, managing engineers and ensuring timely delivery of designs that meet rigorous quality standards. Education: Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering Job Experience & Skills Required: 3-5 years experience in managerial position Proficient in SolidWorks or 3D equivalent Software Experience in Wastewater industry Develop and implement KPAs policies and procedures for designers and engineers Checking the drawings from the designs before sending to procurement and manufacturing Fault finding and implementing corrections Prototype development and testing R&D Apply now
