Job Summary

Position Overview: The company is looking for a motivated and proactive Developer who takes initiative and enjoys solving complex problems. The ideal candidate will have strong PHP experience, a keen interest in cybersecurity, and a drive to automate. Your primary focus will be on maintaining and securing the companies Cloud environments, identifying and remediating vulnerabilities, and improving overall system security. Responsibilities: Proactively identify, patch, and remediate vulnerabilities within PHP-based applications. Secure and automate management tasks in Cloud environments. Collaborate with teams to implement secure coding practices. Develop and enhance automation scripts. Regularly conduct security assessments and document findings clearly and concisely. Take initiative to recommend and implement security improvements. Requirements: 2 years experience in PHP development. Experience or familiarity with AWS and Google Cloud, focusing on security configurations. Familiarity with automation tools and scripting (Bash, Python, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset. Ability to independently research and apply new security technologies. Advantageous: Certifications or training in cybersecurity (e.g., Security, CISSP, Cloud Security certifications). Knowledge of common security vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10). Previous experience in a healthcare or regulated industry (HIPAA, POPIA). Experience conducting penetration testing or vulnerability assessments. Experience Level: Intermediate (25 years relevant experience) Benefit Professional growth opportunities

Position Overview: The company is looking for a motivated and proactive Developer who takes initiative and enjoys solving complex problems. The ideal candidate will have strong PHP experience, a keen interest in cybersecurity, and a drive to automate.
