What Youll Do Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end consulting projects, covering new product development, customer lifecycle strategies, digital innovation, and risk management. Drive business development and client engagements, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. Manage complex, multi-market projects and guide cross-functional teams to successful execution. Work closely with internal specialists in product, data science, and technology to deliver best-in-class solutions. Mentor and inspire junior team members, ensuring a high standard of consulting and analytical output. Support internal innovation and knowledge-sharing initiatives across practice areas. Help shape the growth of digital and commercial consulting capabilities in the SSA region. What Were Looking For 12 years experience in financial services and/or consulting, ideally in cards, payments, or retail banking. Proven track record of delivering high-impact, data-driven consulting engagements. Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem including debit, credit, prepaid, commercial and co-branded products. Advanced analytical thinking with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Excellent client-facing and presentation abilities; comfortable engaging C-level executives. Strong leadership and project management experience in a cross-functional, multicultural setting. Postgraduate qualifications preferred. English fluency required; French is a plus.
