Job Description

Major Compulsory Responsibilities 1. Responsible for all eKit range business revenue growth & retention in the country. Develop a plan for overall gold distribution partners and elite partners sales growth, including recruitment and certification of new value-added resellers. Meets assigned revenue targets by managing the product, place, price and promotion. 2.Understand the strategy of eKit business, do the insight of this industry and market. Plan the partner structure, quantity and quality, make the eKit partner map. Ensure the execution of the strategy landing in the country by plan and allocating the resources according the plan and internal communications. 3. Make the strategy of partner development based on the SME market in South Africa. Help the gold distribution partner do the jointly business plan and develop the elite partners. Plan and execute the price table, product WOS table, marketing plan table and SME partner map. 4. Work on the new product launch and enablement to partners. The new product launch and enablement to elite partner by gold distribution partner. Plan and execute the MKT activities to help partners facilitate the leads generation and management. 5.Maintaining a healthy product selling ecosystem in the country without any incompliance. Manage the rules proactively for the eKit market among all partners. Strictly manage the partners certification and quit. Manage the voice of partners. Manage the incentives to e nsure the stability and sustainability. Manage the PSI. Formalize the good competition atmosphere, help the partner to improve the profit and investment in company eKit product. Other Competencies/Attributes: Effective communications skills Persuasive and Presentation skills Proven ability to work in a team Must be able to work in a structured manner Developed problem solving abilities Networking Ability to multi task Required Education / Qualifications : Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, ICT or related qualification will be an advantage Required Knowledge and Experience: 5 to 10 years Commercial Sales experience within the ICT industry with a successful proven track record Ability to transfer knowledge to others through verbal and written format. Ability to work with technical resources to translate technical information for Presentation to both technical and non-technical partner executives. Ability to deliver technology presentations of current and developing products and solutions. Proven track record of recruiting resellers and ramping up the business Ability to work at the highest executive levels of partner Proven track record measured by over achievement of sales targets and customer Strong individual contributor that requires little supervision.
