Responsibilities:
Independently coordinate small to medium-sized events from conceptualization to post-event reporting. Prepare operational documents, including budgets, event specifications, and reports. Manage event logistics, supplier procurement, and client communication. Handle all administrative tasks related to events, including purchase orders, payments, and financial reconciliations. Assist in business development by preparing proposals, maintaining client relationships, and sourcing new opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies, supplier contracts, and health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience in event coordination and administration. Relevant tertiary qualification in event management, project management, marketing, hospitality, or public relations (preferred). Strong administrative and financial management skills. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint essential).
