REQUIREMENTS Matric, with relevant qualifications – Advantageous Proven experience as an Events Operations Manager Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications Bilingual in English and Afrikaans Detailed knowledge and experience of delivering outdoor major events in e.g. sport, music, or similar sectors Excellent financial and commercial acumen  DUTIES Report to the Managing Director and provide strong operational support Setting up equipment for events Generating quotes Dealing with clients and arrange bookings Managing warehouse stock and stock management systems Develop budgets and manage event planning from concept to completion Plan and execute all aspects of events and activations, ensuring high-quality delivery Manage budgets effectively, maintaining cost-efficiency without compromising standards Oversee on-site teams, logistics, and timelines to ensure smooth event execution Serve as a brand ambassador, building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners Manage equipment and inventory, ensuring proper use and accountability Collaborate with technicians on installations and site setups Conduct site inspections and design optimal event layouts.
