Our client, a non-profit medical scheme based in Pretoria, is seeking an Executive: Operations to join their team.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- Postgraduate general business qualification (NQF level 8)
- 10-12 years experience in a senior operations or administrative role in a Healthcare administration organisation
- 8 years senior management within a Healthcare administration organisation
Key Responsibilities
- To support the companys Personally Yours brand promise by ensuring the achievement of SLAs in all operational areas and maintaining the quality of service.
- Ensure efficient service delivery, compliance, and alignment with strategic goals. Focus on streamlining processes, enhancing member and provider experiences, and ensuring the schemes operations contribute to its overall sustainability and growth.

Compensation is commensurate with experience level.
