Job Description
The EMEA mobility business is building a field sales expansion team with the main objective
to grow supply in ~200 cities across ~30 countries by the end of 2024.
The Field sales representative is a unique role- it will act as Ubers eyes and ears on the
market and make sure that our supply will meet the demand, through conducting proactive
calling & market visits to sell Ubers value proposition to prospective drivers.
What youll do
? Identify and find driver leads that can refer and or convert to the platform
? Actasavoice of the earner capturing insights at every opportunity
? Conduct info sessions with current and prospective Uber drivers to sell Uber values proposition
? Participate in outbound call campaign to prospective drivers or newly signed up drivers
? Managethe interactions with existing / prospective drivers to understand their needs, concerns, and goals; pitch Uber as a solution
? Support drivers through the sign up process and ensure theyre ready to take their first trips soon after
? Interact with Central and Local Operations teams to incorporate their feedback and report progress
? Create/ leverage scalable driver acquisition processes that can be replicated across cities
? Managestrategic partnerships with third-parties
What youll Need:
? Highly self-motivated & autonomous: understand what their goals are, strive to find more efficient ways of getting things done, and dont require constant reminders to complete tasks.
? Action oriented: ability to take practical action to deal with a problem or situation.
? People person: you love talking to people and getting them excited.
? Adaptable: ability to stay poised and organized in a fast-paced work environment.
? Goodcommunication in English (B1 minimum) as well as Local language.
? Previous experience in sales or customer support would be a plus.
? Knowledge or experience in the PHV and/or taxi industry would be a plus
