About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking an Experienced Parts Salesman to join their team based in Boksburg. As a key member of our client’s sales team, you will be responsible for selling parts and components to customers in the automotive industry. With your excellent customer service skills and sales experience, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right parts for their vehicles
- Provide advice and recommendations to customers on parts selection and compatibility
- Process customer orders and payments accurately
- Stock take
- Quotations and Sourcing of parts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements
- Proven experience as a parts salesman in the automotive industry
- Minimum 3 years experience in automotive parts (non-negotiable)
- Knowledge of automotive parts and components
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer skills for processing orders and inquiries
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
- Preferably reside in or near Boksburg
- Own transport and valid drivers license
